Sunset Royal, Cancun

I had a lovely time at the resort, thanks to the exceptional service and friendly staff. The location is ideal, right by the beach with plenty of activities nearby. While the dining options were a bit limited, the buffet breakfast was fantastic. I appreciated the clean and comfortable environment, but I do wish there were more dining choices available on the property.

I had a delightful experience at this resort, particularly enjoying the beautiful beach and the attentive staff. The cleanliness of the property impressed me, and I felt well taken care of at the beach bar. However, the dining experience at dinner didn’t quite meet my expectations, as the food lacked flavor. I also faced some inconsistent service from the concierge, which was a bit disappointing.

My stay at the resort was rather disappointing overall. The location was beautiful, right alongside a stunning beach, but the room I had was cramped and suffered from various issues, including cockroaches and inadequate air conditioning. The dining options were also lacking, with cold food and limited choices, which was frustrating. The service was friendly and attentive, which was a highlight.

Club Sunset has quickly become my home away from home. The cheerful service and delicious meals made my stay unforgettable. The rooms were lovely and kept immaculate, but the dining experience could use some improvement, especially during dinner. Despite that, the wonderful beach area and excellent service from staff like Rosa and David made the trip worthwhile.
